目的:通过对兰州百合根系水浸液的自毒作用试验,探讨了兰州百合自毒物质浓度对其幼苗形态指标及叶片生理指标的影响。方法:设置水(CK)、兰州百合根水浸液5、10、30、50、100 mg/m L共6个处理浇灌兰州百合种苗。结果:当兰州百合根系水浸液浓度为5 mg/m L时,对其株高、根长、根重、茎叶重、鳞茎重有显著促进作用,较CK分别增加了19.76%、61.83%、116.67%、5.17%、46.97%;当浓度达100 mg/m L时抑制作用显著,较CK分别降低了17.32%、12.90%、33.33%、46.56%、56.06%;对生理特性的影响表现为:随浓度梯度增加,MDA和POD均呈显著增加趋势,SOD、CAT均呈显著降低趋势,渗透调节物质中可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白呈不同程度的增加趋势,而脯氨酸则呈降低趋势。结论:本实验条件下,兰州百合的自毒作用效果具有浓度依赖性,对其幼苗生长具体表现为低浓度促进,高浓度抑制。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of concentration of autotrophic substance on the seedling morphological characteristics and leaf physiological indices of Lanzhou lily by studying the autotoxicity of Lanzhou lily root aqueous solution. Method: A total of 6 treatments including water (CK), Lanzhou lily root water immersion 5,10,30,50,100 mg / m L were used to irrigate Lanzhou lily seedlings. Results: The plant height, root length, root weight, stem and leaf weight and bulb weight were significantly increased when the root lily of Lanzhou lily was 5 mg / m L, which increased by 19.76% and 61.83% , 116.67%, 5.17% and 46.97%, respectively. The inhibitory effect was significant when the concentration was 100 mg / m L, which was 17.32%, 12.90%, 33.33%, 46.56% and 56.06% : With the increase of concentration gradient, the contents of MDA and POD increased significantly, while the contents of SOD and CAT decreased significantly. The content of soluble sugar and soluble protein in osmotic adjustment substances increased to some extent, but proline decreased. Conclusion: Under the experimental conditions, the self-toxic effect of Lilium nigra has a concentration-dependent effect, and the specific growth of its seedlings is promoted by low concentration and inhibited by high concentration.
