１引言中国药典（二部）１９９５年版推荐的对乙酰氨基酚（扑热息痛）的测定方法为紫外分光光度法。我们根据其易与Ｂｒ２发生取代反应的结构特点，采用库仑滴定法以电生溴为滴定剂方法反应速度快，电流效率容易达到１００％。用两个极化电极的电流法，即死停终点法指示终点。
