为了提高棉花品种选育效果,迅速而有效的选获抗病、丰产、优质新类型,开展了棉花抗病丰产品种改良方法的研究。一、材料和方法本项研究是在运城市本所病圃和无病试验田中进行的。以抗病品种72—100和感病品种74—305为试材,从1979年开始,将两类品种同时在上述两种生态条件下进行了连续自然选择和人工选择。经五轮选择后,于1984年将每种生态条件下经连续人工选择获得的抗病株系和感病株系,及经连续自然选择获得的抗病自然选择群体和感病自然群体
