目的研究流动人口健康素养社区综合干预模式。方法在随机抽取的4个社区中,每个社区随机抽取50人为研究对象开展基线调查,用“集中强化+行为参与”的社区综合干预模式,进行为期两年的健康教育干预。干预后,再次对调查对象进行问卷调查,并对干预前后结果进行比较。结果青山湖区流动人口健康理念与知识知晓率、健康生活方式与行为形成率、健康技能掌握率在干预活动前分别为29.3%、19.8%和20.8%;干预活动后分别为71.0%、70.5%和69.5%,3个方面均明显提高。结论在社区流动人口中应用“集中强化+行为参与”的社区综合干预模式,可有效提高流动人口的健康素养。
Objective To study the community intervention model of health literacy of floating population. Methods In the randomly selected 4 communities, each community randomly selected 50 people as the research object to carry out a baseline survey, with “intensive strengthening + behavior participation” community intervention model for a two-year health education intervention. After the intervention, the surveyed subjects were again surveyed, and the results before and after the intervention were compared. Results The health awareness, awareness of knowledge, healthy life style and behavior formation rate, and health skill mastery rate of floating population in Qingshan Lake District were 29.3%, 19.8% and 20.8% respectively before the intervention and 71.0%, 70.5% and 69.5%, three aspects are obviously improved. Conclusion The community integrated intervention mode of applying “concentration enhancement + behavior participation” in the floating population in community can effectively improve the health literacy of floating population.
