OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of disinfection quality in kindergartens and nurses in the district, to find out the problems existing in the management of nurseries in kindergartens and nurseries in the area, and to analyze and discuss the management mode of disinfection in kindergartens and nurseries in the district, so as to provide a scientific basis for health and education departments. Methods Field random sampling method was used to test indoor air, object surface, toys, hand surface, disinfectant in use, irradiation intensity of ultraviolet light and food (drink) of student canteen in kindergarten institutions, and the test results were counted analysis. Results The health effects of 31 nurseries were examined and monitored, 945 samples of nine major categories of nurseries were monitored, 689 were qualified, with a pass rate of 72.91%. The passing rates of large, medium and large nursery schools were 69.70%, 76.63% and 83.33% respectively, with significant differences in passing rate (P <0.05). The pass rates of public and private kindergartens were 94.87% and 68.06% respectively. The pass rate (P <0.05). The passing rate of indoor air, object surface, toys, hand surface, tableware, disinfectant in use and the irradiation intensity of UV lamp were 96.69%, 82.52% and 83.22% , 50.68%, 81.54%, 100.00% and 42.24%, respectively, with a significant difference in pass rate (P <0.05). Conclusion Strengthen the training and technical guidance of disinfection techniques in private kindergartens and nurses, and improve the disinfection effect of hand surfaces and the qualified rate of irradiation intensity of ultraviolet lamps.
