通过铸态AZ80A镁合金的高温拉伸实验,得到了该合金在一定条件下具有较大的延伸率,最高达260%。在较大延伸率下,试样断口无明显颈缩、应变速率敏感性指数m值在0.3左右,从而判定其具有准超塑性。通过组织分析,断定铸态AZ80A镁合金的主要超塑性变形机理为动态再结晶。研究结果可对铸态镁合金的超塑性及其生产应用提供参考。
Through the high temperature tensile test of as-cast AZ80A magnesium alloy, it has been found that the alloy has a large elongation of up to 260% under certain conditions. Under the condition of larger elongation, there is no obvious neck fracture, and the value of m of strain rate sensitivity is about 0.3, so it is judged that it has quasi-superplasticity. Through the organization analysis, it is concluded that the main superplastic deformation mechanism of as-cast AZ80A magnesium alloy is dynamic recrystallization. The results can provide reference for the superplasticity of cast magnesium alloy and its production and application.
