为保持贮存产品的高可靠性,基于指数分布建立了三类具有初始失效的周期检测贮存可靠性模型:检修后如新,贮存失效率增大;检修后不如新,贮存失效率不变;检修后不如新,贮存失效率增大.依据周期检测数据,给出了检修前即刻可靠度的极大似然估计及Bayes估计,用极大似然方法与最小二乘法对模型参数进行了估计.最后,给出一个应用实例演示了模型的有效性.
In order to maintain the high reliability of the storage products, three types of cycle detection and storage reliability models with initial failure are established based on the exponential distribution: after the maintenance, the failure rate of new storage increases; the failure rate after maintenance is not as good as that of the new one; And then the failure rate is increased.According to the periodic detection data, the maximum likelihood estimation and Bayesian estimation of the reliability before maintenance are given, and the model parameters are estimated by the maximum likelihood method and the least square method. Finally, an application example is given to demonstrate the validity of the model.
