试验对象是52名志愿者,其中牙周组织健康20例,有轻、中度牙周炎27例,初期牙周病5例。进行咀嚼橡皮糖实验,检查咀嚼侧和非咀嚼侧牙周血流图,两侧进行比较,评定咀嚼侧牙周血管紧张度和血流速度的变化。 饭后咀嚼橡皮糖5min,每日3次共4周,牙周血管紧张度的变化:牙周组织健康组变化不大;牙周炎组,血管紧张度降低,第4周时升高。牙周血流速度的变化:牙周组织健康组血流速度降低;牙周炎组第1、3周时血流速度升高,第2、4周血流速度降低。 间隔半年以后,饭后咀嚼橡皮糖10min,每日3次共4周。牙周组织健康组和牙周炎组牙周血管紧张度变化不大;初期牙周病组,2周以后血管紧张度
The subjects were 52 volunteers, of which 20 cases of periodontal health, mild to moderate periodontitis in 27 cases, 5 cases of initial periodontal disease. Chewing gum experiments were performed to examine periodontal blood flow patterns on the chewed and non-chewed sides, and both sides were compared to evaluate changes in periodontal vascular tone and blood flow velocity on chewing side. After chewing gum meal 5min, 3 times a day for 4 weeks, periodontal vascular tone changes: periodontal tissue health group changed little; periodontitis group, vascular tone decreased, increased at 4 weeks. The changes of periodontal blood flow velocity: the blood flow velocity decreased in periodontal healthy group; the blood flow velocity increased in week 1 and 3 weeks in periodontitis group, and the blood flow velocity decreased in 2 and 4 weeks. After an interval of six months, after chewing gum meal 10min, 3 times a day for 4 weeks.
