以对羟基苯甲酸和正丁醇为原料,二氧化硅负载硫酸氢钠为催化剂,合成了对羟基苯甲酸正丁酯。考察了影响合成反应的诸多因素。结果表明,合成对羟基苯甲酸正丁酯的优化工艺条件为:醇酸摩尔比为3:1、催化剂用量为反应物总质量的5%、回流反应3h,在此条件下,酯化率可达96.2%。通过红外光谱验证了目标产物。催化剂具有一定的重复使用活性。 Using p-hydroxybenzoic acid and n-butanol as raw materials and silica-supported sodium bisulfate as catalyst, n-butyl p-hydroxybenzoate was synthesized.
