加大制度执行力。提高领导的执行力,要讲组织原则,讲大局观念,讲整体利益。企业制定的重大政策是站在全公司的角度来思考和决策的,项目必须坚决贯彻执行,尤其是主管领导要带头执行。提高领导执行力,要坚持实事求是,从有利于工作出发、有利于企业利益出发。作为项目的领导者,首先要明确认识,树立领导班子执行能力建设的正确理念。项目执行力的关键是项目领导班子,要让上级文件精神、措施落实到位,真正做到“令行禁止”。
Increase system execution. To improve the executive ability of the leadership, we should stress the principle of organizing, the concept of the overall situation and the overall interest. The major policies formulated by enterprises are to think and make decisions from the perspective of the whole company. The projects must be resolutely implemented, especially if the leaders in charge should take the lead.
