A comparative study of the planets and the terrestrial planets shows that the Earth is the only planet full of life in a planetlike Earth: the Earth’s surface is covered by atmosphere, water and the biosphere; and the Earth’s surface lithosphere is in an active and complex movement in a plate-like manner. Other types of planets, on the other hand, are arid world without water and life, and the late evolution of the shell is far less active than that of the earth. In order to explore the cause of this discrepancy, a large amount of space exploration data were comprehensively analyzed and the results were discussed from the aspects of water content of protoplasts in terrestrial planets, locations of various types of planets in the solar system, and the mass of various types of earth planets The Earth is the only planet that has liquid water present. Illustrates the behavior of water at all stages of the Earth’s shell evolution. Finally, it is pointed out that the existence of liquid water is an important reason for the complex evolutionary history of the Earth’s crust and mantle.
