目的:通过当归补血汤与大黄蛰虫丸对D-半乳糖致衰小鼠肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的影响,初步探讨其延缓衰老的作用机制。方法:昆明种6月龄小鼠50只,随机分成模型组、正常组、VitE胶丸组、当归补血汤(4.68 g.kg-1)及大黄蛰虫丸(1.17 g.kg-1)组。以D-半乳糖致衰小鼠模型,检测各组小鼠肝组织中SOD活性和MDA含量。结果:与模型组比较,大黄蛰虫丸组及当归补血汤组小鼠肝组织中SOD活性显著升高(P<0.05),肝组织中MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:大黄蛰虫丸及当归补血汤可能通过清除衰老机体产生的过多自由基,提高抗脂质过氧化过程而达到延缓衰老的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of Danggu Buxue Decoction and Rhubarb and Chushizhe Pills on the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in liver tissue of senile mice induced by D-galactose and to explore the mechanism of anti-senility. Methods: Fifty Kunming 6-month-old mice were randomly divided into three groups: model group, normal group, VitE capsule group, Dangguibuxuetang group (4.68 g · kg-1) and rhubarb and shrimp group (1.17 g · kg-1) . D-galactose-induced mouse model of aging, the detection of SOD activity and MDA content in liver tissue of each group. Results: Compared with the model group, the activity of SOD in the liver of the Dahuangzhechu pill group and the Danggui Buxue decoction group was significantly increased (P <0.05), and the content of MDA in the liver tissue was significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Rhubarb Zhechong Pills and Dangguibuxuetang can delay aging by clearing excess free radicals produced by aging body and increasing anti-lipid peroxidation.
