精密度偏性试验是通过对影响分析测定的各种变异因素及回收率的全面分析,确定实验室测试结果的精密度和准确度。精密度偏性试验是实验室内质量控制的基础实验。本试验采用钼酸铵分光光度法(GB11893-89)对水中总磷进行了精密度偏性试验。试验结果表明:该监测项目各项指标均符合实验室内部质量控制要求,所测数据合理,整个分析过程均在质量控制范围内。
The precision bias test determines the precision and accuracy of the laboratory test results by comprehensively analyzing the various variation factors and recoveries affected by the assay. Precision bias test is the basic experiment in laboratory quality control. The test using ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry (GB11893-89) on the total phosphorus in water precision bias test. The test results show that: The indicators of the monitoring project are in line with the laboratory internal quality control requirements, the measured data is reasonable, the entire analysis process are within the scope of quality control.
