目的研究高温灭菌和低温灭菌法对灭菌后无菌包有效期的影响。方法通过无菌培养方法,对两类灭菌方法灭菌后的保存不同时间的试验包内物品进行检测,以观察有效保存期。结果采用压力蒸汽灭菌和环氧乙烷灭菌后的无菌包于不同条件下保存300 d,通过10批次抽样检验,全部无菌生长。结论只要用相同的包装材料包装的灭菌包,在上述两种方法灭菌后可保存的有效期相同。
Objective To study the effects of high temperature sterilization and low temperature sterilization on the shelf life of aseptic packages after sterilization. Methods Aseptic culture methods were used to test the contents of the test packs preserved at different times after sterilization by two kinds of sterilization methods to observe the effective storage period. Results The aseptic package sterilized by pressure steam sterilization and ethylene oxide was stored under different conditions for 300 days. The samples were tested by 10 batches and all of them were aseptically grown. Conclusion As long as the sterilization package packed with the same packaging material can be stored for the same period of time after sterilization by the above two methods.
