Nd∶Gd3Sc2Ga3O12(Nd∶GSGG)晶体具有荧光寿命长、物化性能稳定、易实现Nd3+离子高浓度均匀掺杂以及易于制成大尺寸无应力和杂质核心类缺陷的激光晶体元件等优点,是一种潜在的优良激光材料。为了研究其激光特性,在不同腔长、抽运半径和抽运波长情况下,对激光二极管(LD)纵向抽运的非对称平行平面腔Nd∶GSGG全固化激光器的输出特性进行了实验研究。在抽运功率为2355 mW时,实现了稳定的345 mW激光输出,光-光转换效率为14.65%,斜率效率为16.61%,输出光斑呈现出较好的空间分布。
Nd: Gd3Sc2Ga3O12 (Nd: GSGG) crystals have the advantages of long fluorescence lifetime, stable physico-chemical properties, easy uniform doping of Nd3 + ions at high concentration, easy fabrication of large-size laser crystal elements without stress and impurity core defects, Potential good laser material. In order to study its laser characteristics, the output characteristics of Nd:GSGG laser cured by laser diode (LD) longitudinally pumped at different cavity length, pumping radius and pumping wavelength were investigated experimentally. At a pumping power of 2355 mW, a stable 345 mW laser output was achieved. The light-to-light conversion efficiency was 14.65% and the slope efficiency was 16.61%. The output light spot showed a good spatial distribution.
