油气生产企业加强自身法律风险防控,既是企业自身生存发展的需要,也是对国家和社会承担责任的具体体现。结合油气生产企业近年来所发生的相关法律风险事件,总结剖析油气生产设施管理法律风险的表现形式及其发生原因,提出相应的法律风险防控措施。
Oil and gas producers to strengthen their own legal risk prevention and control are not only the needs of enterprises for their own survival and development, but also the concrete manifestation of the responsibility assumed by the state and the society. Combining the legal risk events that occurred in the oil and gas production enterprises in recent years, this paper summarizes the manifestations and causes of the legal risks in the management of oil and gas production facilities and puts forward the corresponding legal risk prevention and control measures.
