主要采用氙灯老化箱,按照大众汽车的光照老化试验标准PV1303来进行光照老化试验,对比研究了α-甲基苯乙烯-苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(α-MSAN)、苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)和苯乙烯-N-苯基马来酰亚胺-马来酸酐三元共聚物(S-NPMI)三种不同类型的耐热改性剂在丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)树脂中的耐热性能和耐候性能,结果发现S-NPMI的表现最好。同时研究了S-NPMI耐热改性剂的添加量对ABS树脂耐候性能的影响,发现其添加量超过20 phr后,ABS树脂的维卡软化温度高于105℃,材料表面变黑变亮的程度明显降低。
