作为开放大学开展教学的主要力量,青年教师的教学能力和专业发展关系着开放教育学生的培养质量。笔者基于北京开放大学2017年青年教师教学基本功比赛,分别从开放大学青年英语教师所应具备的学科专业能力、教学设计能力、教学实施能力、教学信息化能力和教学反思能力五个方面来探讨如何有效提升开放大学青年英语教师教学能力和促进开放大学青年英语教师专业发展的途径及方法,以推进开放大学教师团队的优化建设。
As the main force in carrying out teaching in open universities, the teaching ability and professional development of young teachers are related to the quality of cultivation of open education students. Based on the 2017 Young Teachers’ Teaching Basic Skills Competition at Beijing Open University, the author explores how the young English teachers in Open University should possess the academic abilities, teaching design abilities, teaching implementation abilities, teaching informatization abilities and teaching reflex abilities respectively from five aspects Effective ways to enhance the teaching ability of young English teachers in open universities and to promote the professional development of young English teachers in universities so as to promote the optimization of teachers team in open universities.
