改革开放以来,我国小家电制造业得到了快速的发展。但是,我国加入WTO后,国外企业的市场入侵加剧,小家电制造行业竞争日趋白热化。当前,企业之间的竞争已转变为人才的竞争,如何留住人才?加强人员管理、建立绩效考核体系是解决这一问题的重要手段。本文以小家电制造业为例,对其绩效考核中的关键指标进行探讨与研究,旨在加强小家电制造业的人员管理,提升我国小家电制造业的产业竞争力。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s small household electrical appliances manufacturing industry has been rapid development. However, after China’s accession to the WTO, the market invasion of foreign enterprises is aggravated, and the competition in the small home appliance manufacturing industry is intensifying. At present, the competition among enterprises has been transformed into talent competition, how to retain talent? To strengthen personnel management, the establishment of performance appraisal system is an important means to solve this problem. In this paper, small household electrical appliances manufacturing industry, for example, the performance evaluation of the key indicators to explore and research aimed at strengthening the small household appliances manufacturing personnel management, improve China’s small household electrical appliance manufacturing industry competitiveness.
