医院岗位评价的基本目标其实就是确定各个岗位在医院体系内的相对价值,它将为建立职务薪酬体系提供一个基本依据,合理的岗位薪酬体现的是不同岗位的价值。合理的岗位评价不是越复杂越好,而是根据医院的规模、战略以及评价的目的而实行有针对性的谋划。有必要指出的是,医院的岗位评价应该建基在统一的岗位价值评价模型上,而不是运用不同的模型进行评价,这点对于管理者异常重要。
The basic goal of hospital job evaluation is actually to determine the relative value of each job within the hospital system. It will provide a basic basis for the establishment of a pay system, and reasonable job compensation reflects the value of different positions. Reasonable job evaluation is not more complex and better, but it is based on the size of the hospital, strategy and the purpose of the evaluation to implement targeted planning. It is necessary to point out that the job evaluation of the hospital should be based on a unified post value evaluation model, rather than using different models for evaluation, which is extremely important for managers.
