目的探讨人参复方和丹黄合剂对模拟失重条件下大鼠骨骼肌萎缩的防护效应。方法尾吊大鼠30d,口服中药复方,测定比目鱼肌(SOL)和腓肠肌(GAS)肌纤维百分含量和纤维面积,电镜检测其超微结构变化。结果人参(RS)和丹黄(DH)组SOL的I型纤维含量较悬吊对照(SC)分别增加(13.5±0.96)%(P<0.05)和(11.2±0.84)%(P<0.05),GAS的I型纤维有增加趋势;RS和DH组SOL和GAS肌纤维面积都较SC组增加,RS组更明显(P<0.05);RS和DH组SOL肌小节结构较SC有所改善。结论人参复方和丹黄合剂可以部分改善悬吊引起的骨骼肌萎缩。
Objective To explore the protective effects of Ginseng Compound and Danhuang Mixture against rat skeletal muscle atrophy under simulated weightlessness. Methods The rats were saronged for 30 days and the Chinese herbal compound was orally administered to determine the percentage and area of myofibers in soleus muscle (SOL) and gastrocnemius muscle (GAS). The ultrastructural changes were observed by electron microscopy. Results Compared with control group (SC), the content of type I fiber in SOL of Ginseng (RS) and Danhuang (DH) group increased by (13.5 ± 0.96)% 0.84)% (P <0.05). The type I fibers in GAS tended to increase. The areas of SOL and GAS fibers in RS and DH groups were increased compared with those in SC group (P <0.05) And DH group SOL muscle structure than the SC improved. Conclusion Ginseng Compound and Dan Huang Mixture can partially improve skeletal muscle atrophy caused by suspension.
