本文研究了均匀化退火工艺对01420铝锂合金热加工性能和力学性能的影。结果表明:均匀比工艺时合金性能的影响很大,均匀比不足或过烧都会造成合金的热轧开裂和塑性降低,经475℃,48小时的退火后,主合金元素Mg在晶内的分布均匀,合金可获得最好的综合性能。
This paper studies the homogenization annealing process on the hot-working properties and mechanical properties of 01420 Al-Li alloy. The results show that the homogenization has a great influence on the properties of the alloy during the process. The uniform or overheating causes the hot rolling cracking and plasticity of the alloy to decrease. After annealing at 475 ℃ and 48 hours, the intragranular distribution of the main alloying element Mg Uniform, the best overall performance alloy.
