结合某300 MW CFB锅炉50%、100%甩负荷试验的成功控制经验,对试验过程和锅炉侧压力、汽温及其燃烧等关键控制点进行深入探讨。结果表明:因CFB锅炉蓄热量和热惯性大,为防止锅炉超压及其维持床温以便后期恢复,必须提前减少燃料量,减少一次流化风量及其大量排渣、降低床压;同时注意减温水保证一定的投入量,防止汽温超限。
Combined with the successful control experience of 50% and 100% load rejection tests on a 300 MW CFB boiler, the key control points such as the test process, boiler side pressure, steam temperature and combustion are discussed in depth. The results show that due to the large heat storage and thermal inertia of CFB boiler, in order to prevent boiler overpressure and maintain bed temperature in order to recover later, it is necessary to reduce the amount of fuel in advance, reduce the primary fluidized air flow and its large amount of slag discharge, and reduce the bed pressure. Warmer water to ensure a certain amount of input, to prevent the steam temperature overrun.
