目的为了克服传统切开法重睑术后肿胀明显、恢复慢之不足。方法采用改进术式留静脉桥法。传统切开法重睑术将大部分或全部浅表静脉切断，导致重睑下唇静脉回流不畅，水肿明显。而留静脉桥切开法保留了睑中央１～２支较粗的浅表静脉，水肿得以减轻。结果临床应用１８例，以传统法１５例作对照，术后１天、５天、１５天分别观察，发现前者肿胀轻、恢复快、重睑自然。结论留静脉桥可减轻术后水肿。
Objective To overcome the traditional incision double eyelid swelling significantly after the slow recovery of the lack of. Methods Improved method of leaving venous bridge method. The left venous bypass incision retained the middle of the eyelid 1 ~ 2 thick superficial veins, edema was reduced. Results Clinical application of 18 cases, the traditional method of 15 cases as a control, postoperative 1 day, 5 days, 15 days were observed and found that the former swelling light, faster recovery, double eyelid natural. Conclusion Left vein graft can reduce postoperative edema.
