内外双重张弦网壳结构是一种新型的预应力结构体系,主要由单层曲面网格结构和空间索桁体系复合而成.为了对体系的形成过程进行安全控制,有必要对结构进行详细的施工模拟分析,确定出合理的张拉顺序和张拉力控制值.本文以乐清体育中心体育馆内外双重张弦网壳结构屋盖为例,详细介绍循环迭代降温法在该索系找力分析的应用.文中利用找力分析得到的一系列温度数组对分阶段多批次分级预应力施工过程进行仿真模拟分析.分析结果表明:循环迭代降温法可以得到每级张拉所需索力施工张拉控制值.与一次张拉成型相比,采用分阶段多批次分级预应力施工方案,可以大大降低成本且满足工程精度要求.
