近日,在全国煤炭系统企业文化暨“五精”管理现场推广会议上,陕煤化集团陕北矿业韩家湾煤炭公司被正式命名为“五精管理样板矿”。这一荣誉的取得,标志着公司企业文化建设又迈上了一个新台阶。公司注重加强企业文化建设。特别是2013年以来,公司以“五精管理样板矿”创建工作为契机,围绕“五精”管理10大项内容、68小项主导要素,把军企特色与企业文化建设有机融合,对企业文化建设进行全面系统的总结、提炼、整合,抓点带面、由浅入深,由表及里、层层推进,使企业管理水平得到有效提升,企业综合实力不断得到加强。
