目的:观察延坤煎剂对子宫切除大鼠卵巢组织形态学的影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、延坤煎剂高、低剂量组和乙烯雌酚(DT)组,经腹切除子宫制成动物模型,于第9天起分别连续给予高、低剂量延坤煎剂和DT至42天后取材,测定卵巢指数,并在光镜下观察卵巢组织形态学变化。结果:与正常对照组相比,模型组大鼠卵巢指数明显降低,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型组相比,用药各组大鼠卵巢指数升高,分别两组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。延坤煎剂高剂量组与模型组比较见卵巢体积增大,可见各期卵泡及黄体数均增多。结论:延坤煎剂具有改善卵巢功能的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Yan Kun decoction on ovarian histomorphology in rats after hysterectomy. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, Yan Kun decoction high and low dose groups and diethylstilbestrol (DT) group. The animal models were made by abdominal excision of the uterus, High and low doses of Yan Kun decoction and DT to 42 days after drawing, ovarian index was measured, and observed under light microscope ovarian tissue morphological changes. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the ovarian index of the model group was significantly lower than that of the normal control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01); Compared with the model group, the ovarian index of each group increased The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.01). Yan Kun decoction high-dose group compared with the model group, ovarian volume increased, we can see the number of follicles and luteal phase were increased. Conclusion: Yan Kun decoction has the effect of improving ovarian function.
