广东省人只代表大会会議文件由文書处理部門負責立卷,是从省第一届人民代表大会第六衣会議才开始的。我参加了这項工作,想談談我对这項工作的体会。这次会議,負責文書处理工作具体業务的同志,对于会議文書材料的搜集、整理、保管和利用等工作是注意得不够的,会議文件的积累分散在各个科或个人进行,沒有專人負責,一些科和一些經办同志又不大够主动蒐集文件,因而整个会議期間所形成的文件保存得不够齐,且較为零乱。会議結束以后,我們花了很大力量到处搜集,才从会議祕書处有关的科、組和一部分参加会議工作人員那里將 Guangdong Province, the only representative of the General Assembly meeting documents handled by the department responsible for the file, is the first session of the Sixth People’s Congress Congress began. At this meeting, comrades in charge of handling specific work of paperwork did not pay enough attention to the collection, collation, safekeeping and utilization of conference paperwork.
