油田污水深度处理技术是在对污水高效气浮除油、多种新型过滤分离技术的基础上,利用特种阴离子交换树脂去除污水中硫酸根、重碳酸根离子,解决了特低渗透油田在注水开发中管线、设备、地层存在的结垢问题。通过在西区油田27井集油站现场试验及应用,污水处理后水质达到了油田回注要求,经室内腐蚀试验、配伍性试验以及岩芯驱油试验证明,腐蚀速率远低于油田标准,净化水与地层水配伍性良好,岩芯驱油试验对比,较原始污水驱油效果明显。
