海26块是一个普通稠油注水开发复杂断块油藏,经过多年常规注水开发,在生产中暴露出诸多问题——局部注采系统不完善、复杂小断块注采井网完善难度大、各项措施增油效果逐年变差等,虽然近几年不断根据油田开发形式需要及时调整注水工作,但2006年断块自然递减率仍为22.1%,为了进一步延长油田稳产,2007年在完善注水井管理制度的基础上,通过实施一系列的转注、层段重组、深度调剖及油井调参、热洗等油水井配套措施,有效地降低了断块自然递减,实现了老井稳产。
