Using a 10% egg white-induced rat model of joint inflammation, the rats were treated with high-, medium-, and low-dose (2.4, 1.2, and 0.6 crude drug/kg) animals for 30 days. The degree of swelling was significantly lower than that of the model group, suggesting that shoulder pain pills have a significant inhibitory effect on inflammatory swelling of rat joints. The radioimmunoassay method can significantly reduce the increase of plasma TXB2 in rats induced by inflammation, and increase the serum level of female rats. There is no significant effect on plasma 6-keto-PGF1a and serum T levels. It is suggested that the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of this product in clinical application are related to the inhibition of cyclooxygenase activity and the regulation of estrogen levels. Purpose of the experiment: Use an egg white to model the joint inflammation, observe the therapeutic effect of shoulder pain pills on arthritis model after intragastric administration, and observe the effect on hormone (E2, T) and TXB2, 6-keto-PGF1a.
