1979年在广西都安地区进行异常血红蛋白普查时,在一壮族家族中发现一种慢速Hb,其电泳位置位于HbA之后,HbG稍前。先证者男,43岁,都安县人,血液学检查结果显示:Hb12g/dl,RBC463(10~(12)/1),PCV44%,MCV95.2fl,MCH25pg,MCHC26g/dl。家系调查说明先证者母,两个女儿都携带有相同的异常Hb,其相对含量为21.3-25.1%。肽链电泳结果说明这种异常Hb为α-链变种,由此可见HbA_2后那条浅区带为α~×链与δ-链组
In 1979, when an abnormal hemoglobin survey was conducted in Du’an, Guangxi, a slow Hb was found in a Zhuang family, with its electrophoresis location being located behind HbA and HbG slightly earlier. The proband was male, 43 years old, from Du’an County. The hematological examination showed Hb12g / dl, RBC463 (10-12 / 1), PCV44%, MCV95.2fl, MCH25pg and MCHC26g / dl. Pedigree survey shows that the proband’s mother, both daughters carry the same abnormal Hb, the relative content of 21.3-25.1%. The result of peptide chain electrophoresis showed that this abnormal Hb was an a-chain variant. It can be seen that the shallow band after HbA_2 was α × × chain and δ-chain group
