近年来,除草剂在农业生产中广泛使用,中毒事件时有发生,其中以百草枯中毒多见,死亡率较高。百草枯中毒的主要靶器官是肺脏,其病理改变主要为早期的肺泡炎、肺水肿及晚期的肺纤维化。百草枯中毒致肺纤维化的机制复杂,新近研究发现多种细胞因子及其介导的信号通路是百草枯致肺纤维化形成过程中的关键环节。本文对转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)及其介导的主要细胞信号通路(Smads、MAPK、Wnt)在百草枯致肺上皮间质转化中的作用进行综述。
In recent years, herbicides are widely used in agricultural production, poisoning occurs from time to time, including paraquat poisoning more common, higher mortality. Paraquat poisoning is the main target organ of the lungs, the pathological changes are mainly early alveolitis, pulmonary edema and advanced pulmonary fibrosis. Paraquat poisoning caused by complicated mechanism of pulmonary fibrosis, recent studies found that a variety of cytokines and their signaling pathway is the paraquat-induced pulmonary fibrosis in the formation of key links. This review summarizes the role of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) and its major cell-signaling pathways (Smads, MAPK, Wnt) in paraquat-induced lung epithelial-mesenchymal transition.
