从分析应急疏散人员的行为活动入手,根据其在疏散活动开始前的决策行为获取应急疏散人员参与到疏散活动中的时间分布;根据其在紧急疏散中表现出的理性程度以及对周围环境的熟悉距离建立应急疏散人员对避难所的选择模型,估测应急疏散人员的交通空间分布情况。以实际居民区为例,结合人员的时间和空间分布特征,运用仿真软件VISSIM模拟对应于不同理性程度和熟悉距离情况下人员的建筑物外徒步疏散过程,推断人的不同行为反应对疏散效率的影响。
From the analysis of emergency evacuation personnel’s behavior activities, according to their decision-making behavior before the start of evacuation activities to obtain emergency evacuation personnel to participate in the evacuation activities of the time distribution; according to their evacuation in the rational level and familiarity with the surrounding environment The model of selecting evacuation shelters for emergency evacuees was established and the distribution of traffic evacuation personnel was estimated.
