教研活动中教师经验与智慧传播的有效性,很大程度上同教师个体能否进入角色、袒露心境、真诚交流有很大关系,尤其是教师围绕探讨问题能运用适当的技术和手段来自我袒露,展开细腻的心理描述,并在此基础上积极思维,多方比较,进而澄清或修正自己的认识显得十分必要。基于这样的思考与需求,我们提出了科学运用“左手栏”实现教师教学智慧有效分享的研究命题。经过实践中的探索和总结,我们寻找到了一些具体的操作思路和做法。一、什么是“左手栏”所谓“左手栏”,实际上是源于美国管理
