Ion selective electrode is a new test electrode developed in recent ten years. At present, with the rapid development of science and technology, such electrodes and their related analytical techniques have been widely used in various fields such as metallurgy, geology, soil, oceanography and environmental monitoring. However, due to the limitation of electrode performance, there are few reports on the application of organic analysis, especially in drug analysis. To this end the author of the new sensitized electrode - enzyme electrode and its application were studied.
