目的:探讨多药联合综合治疗原发性高血压合并糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:选取连州市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心2015年6月至2016年6月原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者100例,随机均分两组,对照组口服硝苯地平控释片,观察组在此基础上口服缬沙坦,比较两组临床有效率、血压水平、肾功能指标、血糖血脂水平。结果:(1)对照组治疗有效率为70%低于观察组96%(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后与对照组对比,观察组的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)明显更低(P<0.05)。与治疗前对比,对照组、观察组治疗后SBP、DBP、UAER明显更低(P<0.05)。两组患者的血尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)、血清钾(K+)无显著变化(P>0.05)。(3)和治疗前对比,两组患者血糖血脂水平明显改善,空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(P2h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)明显降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)明显上升(P<0.05);和对照组对比,观察组FPG、P2 h PG、Hb A1c、TC、TG、LDL-C明显更低,HDL-C明显更高(P<0.05)。结论:多药联合综合治疗原发性高血压合并糖尿病的临床疗效显著。
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of multi-drug combined treatment of essential hypertension with diabetes mellitus. Methods: 100 maternal and child health care family planning service centers in Lianzhou were randomly divided into two groups randomly from June 2015 to June 2016. The control group was given nifedipine controlled release tablets and the observation group On the basis of this, oral valsartan was given. The clinical efficacy, blood pressure, renal function, blood glucose and blood lipid levels were compared between the two groups. Results: (1) The effective rate of the control group was 70% lower than that of the observation group (96%, P <0.05). (2) Compared with the control group, SBP, DBP and UAER in observation group were significantly lower (P <0.05) after treatment. Compared with those before treatment, SBP, DBP and UAER were significantly lower in the control group and observation group after treatment (P <0.05). There was no significant change in BUN, Scr and K + between the two groups (P> 0.05). (3) Compared with before treatment, the level of blood glucose and blood lipid in both groups improved obviously. The levels of fasting blood glucose (FPG), postprandial 2h blood glucose (P2h PG), Hb A1c, serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were significantly increased (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, FPG, P2 h PG, Hb A1c TC, TG, LDL-C were significantly lower, HDL-C was significantly higher (P <0.05). Conclusion: The multi-drug combined treatment of essential hypertension with diabetes clinical significant effect.
