过去我们曾对射流在等离子体法天然气制乙炔工艺自动色谱分析上的应用作过简要报导,此后在该基础上作了进一步改进提高,使仪器从取样到定量全部实现自动操作,对仪器的线性和重复性也作了考查,还将分析结果同配制的标准气及气体密度天平分析结果对照考查了仪器的准确度。经两年多的实际使用证明:仪器准确,可靠,造价低,耐腐蚀,操作、维修简便,技术易于掌握,利用射流技术实现工业色谱自动分析是一种可行的手段。
