燃油锅炉以其污染小、操作简单、安全系数高等优点,在工业生产及人们生活中的使用越来越普遍,但燃油锅炉给油系统的安全管理,往往会被忽视,因而给生产和生活留下了隐患。给油系统一般由储罐、日用油箱、油泵、过滤器、管道阀门等部件组成,其给油路线为:轻油由油罐槽车输入储罐后,通过输油管道、油泵输送至锅炉房附近的日用油箱。为了保证燃油锅炉的安全使用,现将给油系统的注意事项综合如下。 The use of oil-fired boilers in industrial production and people’s life is becoming more and more common due to their advantages of small pollution, simple operation and high safety factor.
