Natural products with an isochromen ring structure are widely found in nature. At present, great progress has been made in the synthesis of such compounds. Quite a large number of isobenzopyran compounds show good pharmacological and physiological activity. For example, the 1-quinolone-substituted isobenzopyran derivatives produced by Japanese chemists have obvious anticancer activity. In recent years, the authors have carried out with the syndrinine analog and isochromanyopyridine compounds, and isoquinolinone synthesis, with isopyryl and N-substituted compounds of the ring system.
