目的 :通过经颅多普勒 (TCD)的检查验证利多卡因合用复方丹参注射液治疗眩晕的疗效。方法 :眩晕病人 35例 (男性 18例 ,女性 17例 )给予利多卡因 2 0 0mg ,复方丹参 16mL加入 5 %葡萄糖注射液 5 0 0mL中静脉滴注 ,qd ,连用 3～ 7d。利用TCD检测治疗前后脑动脉平均血流速度的变化。结果 :治疗前后脑动脉 (大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉、大脑后动脉、椎动脉、基底动脉 )平均血流速度加快分别为 (2 3± 10 )cm·s- 1,(19± 8)cm·s- 1,(16± 10 )cm·s- 1,(11± 4 )cm·s- 1,(10± 6 )cm·s- 1,差异有非常显著意义 (p <0 .0 1)。结论 :利多卡因合用复方丹参注射液治疗眩晕有较好疗效
Objective: To verify the efficacy of lidocaine combined with Danshen injection in the treatment of vertigo by transcranial Doppler (TCD) examination. Methods: 35 cases of vertigo patients (18 males and 17 females) were given lidocaine 200 mg, compound Danshen 16mL added 5% dextrose injection 500mL intravenous infusion, qd, once every 3 ~ 7d. TCD was used to detect the change of average cerebral blood flow velocity before and after treatment. Results: The average blood flow velocity of the middle cerebral artery (middle cerebral artery, anterior cerebral artery, posterior cerebral artery, vertebral artery, basilar artery) before and after treatment were (23 ± 10) cm · s-1 and (19 ± 8) cm · S-1, (16 ± 10) cm · s-1, (11 ± 4) cm · s-1 and (10 ± 6) cm · s-1, respectively ). Conclusion: Lidocaine combined with compound Salvia injection treatment of dizziness have a good effect
