1995年6月20日,电力工业部在北京召开了“1995年度电力可靠性指标发布会”。会上陆延昌副部长做了重要讲话;可靠性管理中心王幼茹主任发布了1995年全国电力可靠性指标及其排序情况,其中长春发电设备总厂生产的FM系列风扇磨煤机可用系数为91.27％,居同类设备之首,名列第一,高于德国(89.94％)和法国(82.47％)进口的同类设备。该系列产品1993年被吉林省技术监督局列为首批免检产品,并多次获得上级的奖励。
On June 20, 1995, the Ministry of Electric Power held the “1995 Electric Power Reliability Indicators Conference” in Beijing. At the meeting, Vice Minister Lu Yanchang made an important speech; Director Wang Youru of the Reliability Management Center released the national electric power reliability indicators and their rankings in 1995. Among them, the availability coefficient of FM series fan coal mill produced by the Changchun Power Generation Plant was 91.27%. It ranks first among similar equipment and is higher than similar equipment imported from Germany (89.94%) and France (82.47%). This series of products was listed as the first batch of exempt products by the Technical Supervision Bureau of Jilin Province in 1993, and has repeatedly won the award of the superior.
