文章研究了Al、Cu对锌基合金磨擦磨损性能的影响,试验结果表明,Al、Cu能降低温升,提高锌基合金的耐磨性。在边界润滑条件下。其主要磨损形式为氧化磨损和磨料磨损。推荐ZnAl_(12)Cu_(0.75)M_(0.02)RE作为重载低速条件下的滑动轴承材料。
The effects of Al and Cu on the friction and wear properties of Zn-based alloys were investigated. The results show that Al and Cu can reduce the temperature rise and improve the wear resistance of Zn-based alloys. Under boundary lubrication conditions. The main forms of wear are oxidative wear and abrasive wear. The ZnAl_ (12) Cu_ (0.75) M_ (0.02) RE is recommended as the bearing material under heavy load and low speed conditions.
