大子蒿(大籽蒿,Artemisia sieversiana Willd)为菊科植物,国外学者对其内酯化学研究较多,证明所含之倍半萜γ内酯有抑菌作用。我国藏医常用于消肿、治刀伤。该药经临床试用于治疗慢性气管炎,获得较好疗效。药理试验发现其对实验性大鼠关节肿及皮肤烫伤炎症等均有明显的抑制作用,此作用依赖于肾上腺的存在。本文研究其对下丘脑神经递质的作用及对垂体-肾上腺皮质系统功能的影响。 Artemisia artemisia (Artemisia sieversiana Willd) is an Asteraceae, foreign scholars of lactone chemistry more research shows that the contained sesquiterpene γ-lactone antibacterial effect.
