目的探索采用中药天然成分制备多孔支架材料用于骨缺损修复生物材料的可行性,考察用于骨骼组织修复的白及胶支架材料的制备方法及其性能。方法从中药材白及中提取白及胶并精制,然后进行醛基化反应,与其他赋形剂共混、交联,冷冻干燥得到支架材料。结果利用水提醇沉法及酶法精制纯化能得到较高纯度的白及胶;经氧化后发生Schiff碱缩合反应,形成良好的网状结构,冷冻干燥制得多孔支架材料。结论以白及胶为主要原料制备的生物支架材料,各项性能表征符合多孔支架材料要求。
Objective To explore the feasibility of using natural ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine to prepare porous scaffolds for bone defect repair of biological materials and to investigate the preparation and properties of white and gel scaffold materials for bone tissue repair. Methods White and gel were extracted from white and medium of Chinese herbal medicines and refined, and then aldehyde reaction was carried out to blend with other excipients, crosslinked and freeze-dried to obtain scaffolds. Results The water and alcohol precipitation method and enzymatic purification can be purified to obtain a higher purity of white and plastic; Schiff base condensation reaction occurs after oxidation, forming a good network structure, freeze-dried porous scaffold material. Conclusion Bio-scaffolds prepared with Baihejiao as the main raw material are characterized by their characterization in accordance with the requirements of porous scaffolds.
