报道双胎儿宫内巨细胞病毒（CMV）感染所导致的巨细胞包涵体病（CID）8例。其临床特点是畸形和并发症多，近期和二年后预后差。观察到双卵性双胎可以只有之一感染、单卵性双胎同时被感染，作者认为孕母感染CMV的血液通过胎盘渗漏是CMV宫内感染主要原因，保证孕妇胎盘屏障完整性对预防CMV宫内感染具有重要意义。
Eight cases of giant cell inclusion disease (CID) caused by intrauterine cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection were reported. The clinical features of deformities and complications, the recent and poor prognosis after two years. Observed that only one of the zygote twins infected with monozygotic twins were infected at the same time, the author believes that pregnant women with CMV blood leakage through the placenta is the main cause of CMV intrauterine infection to ensure the integrity of the placental barrier in pregnant women to prevent CMV intrauterine infection is of great significance.
