糖尿病合并消化系统异常是糖尿病常见并发症之一。糖尿病胃肠病变发生率占糖尿病患者的50%左右,有报道胃部病变占10%左右[1]。糖尿病合并消化性溃疡的在临床并不少见,但由于其症状不典型容易被漏诊。现报道我院2009年7月至2011年7月经内镜检查确诊的32例糖尿病并消化性溃疡的临床特征。 Diabetes with digestive system abnormalities is one of the common complications of diabetes.
