本文分析了转桨式水轮机桨叶协联机构工作中的问题,指出了预先给定的协联关系不能符合实际最佳的协联关系。因此提出采用极值调节器来实现桨叶的最佳调节。极值调节器用即时的功率和流量讯号来进行调节。文中说明极值调节的调节规律,提出了两种实施方案,并说明调节装置的工作程序。本文最后论证了利用涡壳流量计来提供极值调节器流量讯号是适合工程精度需要的。
This paper analyzes the problems in the work of propeller-blade linkage mechanism and points out that the predetermined correlation can not meet the actual optimal correlation. Therefore, it is proposed to use the extreme value regulator to achieve the best blade adjustment. Extreme regulator with real-time power and flow signals to be adjusted. In this paper, the adjustment rule of extreme value adjustment is described. Two implementation schemes are proposed, and the working procedures of the adjustment device are described. Finally, this paper demonstrates that the use of volute flowmeter to provide extreme regulator flow signal is suitable for engineering accuracy.
