本文作者用间接免疫荧光法检测了10例胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(IDDM)患者外周血单核细胞膜表面HLA-DR、DQ、DP抗原、白细胞介素2受体(IL-2R)、铁传递蛋白受体(TfR)的表达。术中应用了相应的单克隆抗体和FITC标记的第二抗体。结果表明,IDDM患者单核细胞膜表面HLADQ抗原、IL-2R和TfR的表达明显高于正常对照组,而HLA-DR、DP抗原的表达在IDDM组与正常对照组之间差异无显著性。推测HLA-DQ、IL-2R和TfR的异常表达在IDDM的发病机制中可能起一定作用。
The authors used indirect immunofluorescence to detect the expression of HLA-DR, DQ, DP antigen, interleukin 2 receptor (IL-2R) on peripheral blood mononuclear cells in 10 patients with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM) Body (TfR) expression. Intraoperative use of the corresponding monoclonal antibody and FITC labeled secondary antibody. The results showed that the expression of HLADQ antigen, IL-2R and TfR on the surface of mononuclear cell membrane in IDDM patients was significantly higher than that in normal controls, while the expression of HLA-DR and DP antigens was not significantly different between IDDM patients and normal controls. It is speculated that the abnormal expression of HLA-DQ, IL-2R and TfR may play a role in the pathogenesis of IDDM.
