“90后”已逐渐成为各高校应届毕业生的主体,面对这一群体,在招聘中用人单位既觉得无奈又不得不去适应这类群体。作为高职院校,在对“90后”开展就业指导中需要从社会和个人的长远考虑,开展职业生涯规划指导。作为“90后”高职生,也要从茫然和无所适从中走出来,进行有效的职业生涯规划。本文将着重探讨如何引导“90后”高职生做好职业生涯规划,进行就业能力的提升。
